Help us Feed these Title-1 Kids
Food & More will be delivering the food bags (2 breakfasts& 2 lunches) provided by Brevard Public Schools to children from infancy to 18 years old who live in Titusville. We will deliver the free meals to the apartment complexes and individual homes to feed those children who have problems accessing the meals directly from Coquina Elementary or Oak Park Elementary School.
Our program runs from June 1 to August 7, 2020, Monday through Friday. Food & More is a nonprofit organization; find us at Foodmore.org
Please call Kathleen at 321 759-5787 to sign up and for more information.
Food & More is focused on the whole child. We support: feeding programs; filling food pantries; and on request, can provide personal hygiene products, clothes, backpacks, and school supplies.
We are currently providing assistance to all the Title-1 Schools in North Brevard County, FL.
Food & More provided over 10,600 free books and teaching materials in the summer of 2018 and 9000 free pleasure books in December of 2019. These free, new books and materials, were provided to us by the Molina Foundation (molinafoundation.org) and were distributed to all Title I schools and various groups that provide care for the children in North Brevard County, including The Children’s Center, The Forge Youth Services, North Brevard Children’s Medical Center, Mims Library, home school groups, and to children in foster care. These books were suitable for children from infancy through high school.
We would like to bring pleasure books to the children once again. We look forward to bringing these books provided we can raise enough money to cover their shipping costs.
